Welcome to Dutton & Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use
   By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site.
    
2. Product Availability & Description
   We strive to ensure all items are accurately described and available at the time of purchase. However, due to the unique nature of many vintage, rare, and one-of-a-kind items, availability is not guaranteed. We do our best to represent each product clearly with images and descriptions. Please read carefully, as all sales are generally final unless otherwise noted.
    
3. Pricing and Payment
   All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is due at checkout and processed through secure third-party platforms. Dutton & Co. does not store your payment information.
    
4. Shipping and Handling
   We aim to ship orders within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination, weight, and type of item. Certain items — such as fragile antiques, oversized objects, or rare editions — may require special handling or packaging. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and item specifics. Tracking numbers will be provided when available. Dutton & Co. is not responsible for delays once items are in transit or for issues caused by the shipping provider.
    
5. Returns and Exchanges
   Due to the nature of our offerings — often antique, collectible, or vintage — all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@theduttonco.com, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
    
6. Intellectual Property
   All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Dutton & Co. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
    
7. Privacy Policy
   We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during purchase or browsing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your information without your consent.
    
8. Liability Disclaimer
   Dutton & Co. is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. All items are sold “as-is,” particularly vintage and antique goods.
    
9. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
    
10. Changes to These Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
     
11. Digital Products, Courses, and Services
    All purchases of digital downloads, online courses, training materials, and other virtual services are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted and/or files have been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
     

By purchasing digital goods or enrolling in an online class through Dutton & Co., you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

All course content, teaching materials, downloadable guides, videos, and any written or visual content provided by Dutton & Co. is protected under copyright law. All rights are reserved.

Use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content beyond personal, authorized use is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use will be pursued per State and Federal intellectual property laws. 

The Dutton & Co. Referral Program (“Program”) rewards existing customers (“Referrers”) with “Dutton Dollars” whenever they successfully refer new customers (“Referred Persons”) who complete the required actions and make a qualifying purchase.

1. Who can participate:
    
   • You must be at least 18 years old.
      
   • You must have an active account and have completed registration on our website.
      

1. Qualifying actions: Referrer must:
    
   1. “Like” the Dutton & Co. Facebook page,
       
   2. Share our page on their personal Facebook timeline,
       
   3. Sign up on our website (any Dutton & Co.–affiliated site), AND
       
   4. Refer a friend using the unique referral link or code provided.
       
2. Referred Person requirements: The Referred Person must:
    
   1. Like and share our Facebook page,
       
   2. Sign up on our website via the Referrer’s link or code, AND
       
   3. Make a minimum purchase of $25.00 (before tax & shipping) on any Dutton & Co.–affiliated selling channel (Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Live, Etsy, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot, Dutton & Co., or any other site linked to Dutton & Co.).
       

1. Value: Each successful referral earns the Referrer $5.00 in Dutton Dollars.
    
2. Issuance: Once the Referred Person’s purchase is confirmed as shipped, we will email the Referrer a unique coupon code for $5.00 off their next purchase.
    
3. Limitations:
    
   • The reward is limited to one $5.00 coupon per new Referred Person.
      
   • Referrer may accumulate multiple $5.00 coupons over time up to a total value of $25.00 (5 completed referrals limit).
      
   • Dutton Dollars may be applied to any purchase on any Dutton & Co.–affiliated site.
      

1. Stacking & Use:
    
   • Multiple coupons may be redeemed in a single order, unless otherwise restricted by site checkout limits.
      
   • Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be sold, or transferred.
      

1. Purchases of gift cards, taxes, shipping, or handling fees do not count toward the $25.00 minimum that the person referred must spend.
    
2. Returns, cancellations, or chargebacks by the Referred Person void the Referrer’s reward for that referral.
    
3. Self-referrals or using multiple accounts to game the program will result in the disqualification of all related referrals and possible suspension of the account.
    
4. Dutton & Co. reserves the right to refuse or revoke any reward if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
    

Dutton Dollars coupons expire 12 months from the date of issuance. Unused coupons will be void after the expiration date.

• We may modify or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time in our sole discretion.
   
• Any changes will be posted in this Terms & Conditions(TC/Referral page). Continued use of our sites is confirmation that you agree and are bound by these terms. Should you wish to be exempt from or withdraw from the program, you will need to email support@theduttonco.com
   

• By participating, you consent to our use of your contact information to send you referral codes and related Program communications.
